  • Duplicate payments or failed transactions will be refunded in full after verification.

  • No refund will be provided once more than 10% of the course content is accessed.

  • Courses purchased under special offers, discounts, or bundles are non-refundable.

  • Any registration or administrative charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


3. Refund Process

  • Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.


4. Course Transfer Option

If you are not eligible for a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value (subject to approval).
